Workflow automation design sits at 40% quality in the Microsoft 365 Roadmap data, with Copilot Studio enabling end-to-end process automation without manual handoffs (Plausible). Forty percent is not a deployment argument — it is a development signal.
The gap between warehouse operations oversight (78% capability, 1% deployment) and the rest of the task list is worth watching. High capability scores do not drive deployment on their own.
