No. Run your first read and see your result without one. Sign in only when you want to bring in your résumé, save it, and get updates as the evidence changes.
What if my exact role isn’t listed?
It still works. No generic fallback — any role gets real intelligence, generated on demand against the same 71 capability dimensions.
How do I know it’s accurate?
Every claim is sourced and graded — Confirmed, Plausible, or Early Signal. Most reads land at B or C today, and that’s the system refusing to inflate a number it can’t defend. We publish our wrong predictions too.
What happens to my data?
Your read is built from your assessment and nothing else. Never sold. Never used to train AI models without your consent.
