Terms and conditions for using Runway.
By accessing or using Runway ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Runway provides an AI career intelligence service. The Service generates scores, benchmarks, and pathways based on your inputs using deterministic algorithms and AI analysis. Results are informational and should not be treated as professional career, financial, or legal advice.
You may use Runway without an account for a limited assessment. Creating an account allows you to save results, track progress, and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

The scoring engine, methodology, role templates, and interface design are proprietary. Your assessment inputs and results belong to you. You may export and share your results freely.
Some features require a paid subscription, processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can manage your subscription through the billing portal.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Assessment scores are generated by algorithms and AI models, and may not perfectly reflect real-world outcomes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runway and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to career decisions made based on assessment results. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) AUD $100.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Assessment results are produced using a combination of deterministic algorithms and AI language models. Results are AI-generated, may contain inaccuracies, and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. You should not make significant career decisions based solely on Runway's output without independent professional consultation.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Runway, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runway and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to mediation administered in Sydney, Australia. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Runway shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
